VIF @ TANUVAS has prepared a 3D printed reusable face shield with medical grade, biocompatible alcohol-resistant, anti-fog covering to be worn over the mask for better protection, especially for clinicians. The cost of the face shield is Rs.140/- per piece (exclusive of tax) available at VIF@TANUVAS.

Combined Cream Separator Cum Butter Churn

Combined Cream Separator Cum Butter Churn was launched by Dr.C.Balachandran, Vice-Chancellor, TANUVAS on 20.11.2019 at Veterinary College and Research Institute, Namakkal. The idea was presented by a team of students (S.Preethi, S.Aishwarya, R.Premchand, M.E.Saran) from VCRI, Namakkal under the Vetpreneurship Grant Opportunity (WeGrow). VIF@TANUVAS decided to support the students to develop prototype for their idea under Pre-Incubation Support to Promote Entrepreneurship (PISPE). Dairy entrepreneurs and farmers can be benefitted from this product. Dr.G.Dhinakar Raj, Director, CAHS & Project Coordinator, VIF@TANUVAS, Dr.B.Mohan, Dean, VCRI, Namakkal, Dr.G.Kumaresan, Prof. & Head, DLPT (Dairy Science) and Dr.N.Karthikeyan, Asst. Prof., DLPT (Dairy Science) participated in the launch program
